Known subcontractor references


There are some major reviews on the building site being accomplished around 1 year (Feb-2022) and 5 years (Feb-2026) after completion of the project. DEAS is operating reporting of the findings from each tenant using a portal called c-web.

Please assist in reporting all findings as these reports serve as basis for some of these major reviews.

AP Pension has originally participated in the build as part of the financing behind NPV's efforts on building the area.
They had a very short term investment goal that was realized with a sell of their property on Nov-2021 to an investor organized through Intertrust Group.
