K/S Nobelholmen, FSB and Copenhagen municipality own the Matrikel nr 1633a building, including basement but excluding the parking area owned by NPV A/S.

The building was originally build by NPV with financing help from AP Pension, AP Pension sold to AXA Real Estate in the end of 2021.

K/S Nobelholm > Nobelholmen Komplementar ApS > AREF DK 2 > AXA Investment Managers > Intertrust Group
The new owner of the 192 rental apartments is AXA Investment Managers through AREF DK 2 registered in Luxembourg and with the same persons and address as the Intertrust Group in Luxembourg.
